Once a practice is identified as a potential purchase, we will review the price and structure of the sale with you. We will complete a cash flow analysis and show you what the EBITDA or “True Economic Benefit” is of your opportunity.

Offer Negotiation and Preparation

Once a practice is determined to be a “fit” for you, we work with you to prepare an offer letter.  If financing is needed, we will introduce you to multiple sources who work specifically in healthcare lending and can expedite your purchase.

Due Diligence

After your offer is accepted, we will work with you through the due diligence process. We will analyze practice reports, cash-flow analysis, assist with a chart audit, among other procedures that will help validate that the practice is “what the owner says it is.”

Post Purchase Support

We will provide you with a customized Employee Policy Manual and Personnel System, which includes written job descriptions, individual personnel files, as well as all forms, need to manage your team. You will also have access to Peak’s team of consultants for coaching during your first months of ownership.
