Following several years as a Registered Dental Assistant, Vicki graduated with a degree in dental hygiene from the University of Detroit. She later earned her MBA from U of M. She is co-author of the Peak Employee Manual and the Peak Personnel System. Vicki facilitates the communication and processes critical to the successful transition of a dental practice. Because of her wide-ranging work with dental practices, Vicki is able to offer our clients business, human resource, and clinical support before, during, and after a transition.
